E	Elias Aad on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience with Xior Student housing in Leuven is average. The staff at their office is changed regularly and there is always bad management mistakes happening. Their reply to questions and emails is sometimes not clear at all, other times it is very limited and without important explanations. All in all you should always follow up with them if you need anything and always check your bills because their mistakes happen often.

Moving all my stuff around and leaving behind some paint on the floor. Moreover I paid the student tax because I was not registered in the city hall at that time and you told me that I could get the refund once I get my paperwork done. Well when I tried to get my tax back was to late.

M	Maksymilian Kuźmicz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be careful with them and avoid if it's possible! Very expensive place with a poor service. They ignored requests to fix some devices in common areas. One employee pretended to be a student to join and infiltrate a Facebook group for tenants. While almost all of us had problem with the internet, they told me that I'm the only one and that I should... use it as the opportunity to learn how to overcome difficulties. In the middle of pandemic and with online teaching. Moreover, they didn't allow me to be present with the final inventory. Despite the fact that I've sent the proof of my registration, they didn't transfer it up to the office, so as a result I was charged 100€ extra for the student tax.
