Het leveren op de drempel is een leugen, want zoals op de foto leveren ze gewoon op het trottoir van de straat. Een granieten douchebodem van +100 kg, die we dan nog met een geleende transpallet tot op onze domein mochten sleuren. Speciaal verlof genomen maar de levering was 1,5 uur later dan afgesproken. Gezien de dienst na verkoop niet telefonisch bereikbaar is (?), de winkel zelf proberen contacteren, maar na ettelijke keren te proberen nog steeds niemand aan de lijn gekregen. Bij het installeren heb ik een fout gemaakt waardoor het onderdeel nietmeer bruikbaar was. X2O heeft dit kostenloos vervangen. Dat is echt top-service! The final invoice was also wrong, they had to refund back. They did it. When material was delivered we discovered a bad mistake again. We ordered a double sink, but the guy there wrote "single sink". So we now have half of the sinks we expected. And we paid also a lot of money. Stay away.
