My card is blocked for over 10 days now and they don't even pick up when calling ! ' Technical issue' they say... can you imagine that you are being also taxed 0,30€/ minute to wait on the phone and get hung up on afterwards?
Also paying yearly for a service that doesn't exist.... AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've contacted this company by phone. Living in Brussels, I spoke in French. The operator was hardly understandable, and didn't cooperate to resolve a serious problem. Moreover, my companion had also a problem, and the operator just hung up. It concerned a possible fraud. I hope this won't end like the Wirecard company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been trying to make a terminal work in one of our shops since 6 weeks now, loosing revenue every day. Every call to ATOS a different contact, being send from one department to another, no ownership to solve this and total lack of communication. Does a monopoly gives you the right not to care about your customers anymore? Shame on you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ worst service ever, i am using worldline terminal for more then 5 years for my shop. since last few months terminal is giving problems, everytime i call they state the obvious ' did you charge it' 'did you try rebooting' and then they send someone and change with another repaired terminal that gives another problem after few days. they are really fast in taking their transaction fee but when it comes to service they are worst. because of you every time machine doesn't work we loose customers. they should atleast give new machine when a customer has problems instead of keep gibing repaired machines. in attachment you can see one machine is white screen and other machine has defect screen and buttons don't work and these are replaced machines just after 2-3 days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst experience I have ever had.
worldline still needs to reimburse me over 20.000 euros! for a positive balance on my credit card. Since 5 weeks I have been calling their ‘customer support’ 10 times. Today (5/11) I did my story again and I was hung up on. On 2/11 the phone call was hung up on “because of noise”.
My bank has sent 4 rappels/reminders to worldline to take action on my case. Not a single person of worldline is available.
Always a new excuse.
If no action will be taken in the coming 7 days, legal actions will be taken.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worse service possible. I have cancelled months ago because of their lack of customer service and incompetency. They said we are sorry to let you go and made me fill papers for the cancellations. It’s been several months and they still didn’t cancel and still send me bills. When I call them, they say everything will be fixed but still send me the bills to pay.
BEWARE of this hustlers, until today I am still waiting for them to cancel because I haven’t been using their service for months now. I highly suggest switching or not signing anything with these scums.
