★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible! It said it's open at 8:30 am and yet it's already 10 past 9 no one is there. I have an appointment at 9 am with the doctor for the vaccination. So i planned to get the vaccin at 8:30,they even told me i can pick it up any time i want yet no one is there ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Total lack of respect with the customer! : I bought and paid two products in advance to take after . When I was to take it the madame (owner?) accused me of already taking the products. Just after checking the time of my purchase and the entrance of products they “found” it in the stock . Unnecessary discussion and total lack of control and management. IF POSSIBLE GO IN ANOTHER PHARMA!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You should come here only if you want to get expensive completely wrong medicine. Not to forget to mention that pharmacologist had no mask on and happily walked around the pharmacy.
Came yesterday with prescription, first they tried to sell wrong medicine, then they took money and said they don`t have it on stock and asked to come later. At 6pm it was still not there and they asked to come another day. After complain they checked and told this medicine not possible to deliver for them at all. Prescription now not valid, as she put it in system, so it is "used", I have no medicine + lost time. "Great" service! Never again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worse pharmacy I have even been in my entire life. Incompetent, ignorant, unwilling to help, rude, no respect to the client, and an archaic way of working refusing to see and apply common sense. I have been back several times, each time thinking to make a new start with them and give them the benefit of the doubt. Hélas! People and attitudes DO NOT change and it's not worth trying to sense with low-capacity people. I strongly recommend you NOT to step foot in this place, not even if you are dying. There are a number of other pharmacies in the neighbourhood. Personally, I would gladly crawl miles to get what I need, rather than returning to this place.
