Je suis leurs cours depuis 8 ans au moins, et j'apprécie énormément tant leur enseignement pédagogique que leur excellente compréhension du corps humain qui leur permet d'adapter les exercices de gym Pjilates selon les besoins. Le tout dans une installation bien équipée et hyper propre, et toujours dans la bonne humeur. Hautement à recommander! :-)
Pilates gym class at the top, certainly the best studio in Brussels. I have been following their lessons for at least 8 years, and I greatly appreciate both their educational teaching and their excellent understanding of the human body, which allows them to adapt Pjilates gym exercises as required. All in a well-equipped and super clean facility, and always in a good mood. Highly recommend! :-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ C’est sans aucun doute le meilleur studio de Pilates de Bruxelles. Les salles sont super équipées, bien rangées, lumineuses, accueillantes, et toujours hyper-propres. Mais le vrai atout de Woluwe Pilates sont ses propriétaires et professeurs Caro et Farhang. Non seulement ils excellent dans leur métier, du point de vue technique, pédagogique et professionnel, mais ils sont encore plus remarquables du point de vue humain et personnel. Cela fait presque deux ans que j’ai le privilège de suivre leurs cours et il n’y a pas un seul jour que je ne sorte plus forte, mieux dans ma peau, et avec un sourire comme bonus.
It’s without a doubt the best Pilates studio in Brussels. The rooms are super equipped, tidy, bright, welcoming, and always hyper-clean. But the real asset of Woluwe Pilates are its owners and teachers Caro and Farhang. Not only do they excel in their profession from a technical, educational and professional point of view, but they are even more remarkable from a human and personal point of view. I have had the privilege of taking their classes for almost two years and there has not been a single day that I have not come out stronger, better about myself, and with a smile as a bonus.

He and Caroline are both very nice and professional and their state of the art studio and equipment meet all the expectations.
