O	Oskar G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'ai d'abord eu une expérience positive de cette agence, mais je tiens à souligner deux aspects négatifs: premièrement, ce n'est qu'après avoir appelé pour organiser une visite, pris le temps de visiter les lieux, exprimé votre intérêt et envoyé tous les documents nécessaires qu'ils mentionnent des frais supplémentaires qui n'avaient jamais été communiqués auparavant. Cela devrait être beaucoup plus transparent. De plus, l'agent a été très persistante pour me faire accepter ces charges. Une fois que je l'ai fait, elle a explicitement dit qu'elle me tiendrait informée rapidement - je n'ai rien entendu après ça. Ce sont des choses comme celles-ci qui rendent la procédure de recherche de logement incroyablement frustrante. Néanmoins, je vais mettre trois étoiles car j'aime à penser que cette critique constructive sera prise en compte à l'avenir. I initially had a positive experience with this agency, but I would like to point out two negative aspects: first, it was only after I called to arrange a visit, took the time to visit the premises, expressed your interest and sent all the necessary documents that they mention additional charges that had never been communicated before. It should be much more transparent. Moreover, the agent was very persistent in getting me to accept these charges. Once I did she explicitly said she would let me know soon - I heard nothing after that. It's things like these that make the housing search process incredibly frustrating. Nevertheless, I'm going to give three stars because I like to think that this constructive criticism will be taken into account in the future.
