Dit is de eerste review die ik schrijf in meer dan 25 jaar professionele carrière, en hopelijk de laatste.
Belgisch kantoor was OK, maar na vertrek vertegenwoordiger, liep ons contact via NL.
Offerte gevraagd voor vertalen van 2 verschillende documenten, via 2 verschillende collega's. Voor 1 van de 2 documenten werd vertaling besteld. Bij DCT werden de documenten echter omgewisseld, zodat we de verkeerde vertaling ontvingen. Uiteraard hebben we de factuur betwist. Zonder enige verdere communicatie werd een incasso bureau ingeschakeld, waarbij plots nog een factuur boven water kwam die ze vergeten waren ons toe te sturen en die vervallen bleek.
Om er vanaf te geraken hebben we dan maar alles betaald, incl incasso, interest etc., maar samenwerken met Willekens en DCT: NOOIT MEER.
Never again.
This is the first review I write in over 25 years of professional career, and hopefully the last.
The Belgian office was OK, but after the representative left, our contact went through NL.
Quotation requested for translation of 2 different documents, via 2 different colleagues. Translation was ordered for 1 of the 2 documents. At DCT, however, the documents were exchanged, so we received the wrong translation. Of course we disputed the invoice. Without any further communication, a collection agency was called in, and suddenly an invoice surfaced that they had forgotten to send us and that turned out to be expired.
To get rid of it, we paid everything, including collection, interest, etc., but working together with Willekens and DCT: NEVER AGAIN.
