★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zeer tevreden van de aankoop bij Fietsen Wildiers. De verkopers kennen hun producte en zijn zeer vriendelijk en aangenaam. Ze nemen hun tijd om alles uit te leggen. De dienstverlening is top en de communicatie verloopt zeer vlot. Mails worden onmiddellijk beantwoord - zelfs meermaals per dag. Inspanningen noch moeite worden gespaard om tegemoet te komen aan de wensen van de klant. Ook vlotte communicatie tussen de schowrooms onderling. Zwijndrecht (in mijn geval bijvoorbeeld) communiceert vlot met Drongen en Hasselt. Zeer aangename ervaring. Een aanrader. Ik zou het zo opnieuw doen!
Very satisfied with the purchase at Cycling Wildiers. The sellers know their products and are very friendly and pleasant. They take their time to explain everything. The service is top notch and communication is very smooth. Emails are answered immediately - even several times a day. No effort or effort is spared to meet the needs of the customer. Also smooth communication between the schowrooms themselves. Zwijndrecht (in my case for example) communicates smoothly with Drongen and Hasselt. Very pleasant experience. Recommended. I would do it again in a heartbeat!
