★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although I've never been to the shop (thanks Covid), I've been using their coffee for a few weeks, and it's great. Strawberry Fields is my current daily driver (V60) and their Safari Moon makes for a good cappuccino/latte. Highly recommended !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm always looking for the best coffee roasters when I move to a new country. This is by far the roaster that has impressed me the most. Their single origins are complex but yet simple enough for everyone to appreciate. Their roasts really work to bring out the flavor. The bags are fairly priced for the quality which I cannot say of most specialty roasters in Belgium. Their quality is consistent as well so I have no fear of paying and not getting what I want.
Would 100% recommend,
