J'ai vue des fuites un peux partout dans le refuge.
Il y a fais humide 24 heures sur 24.
Et un manque de professionnalisme, faire des préférences entre certains animaux ce n'est vraiment pas sérieux et professionnelle.

I've seen leaks everywhere in the shelter.
It is wet 24 hours a day.
And a lack of professionalism, making preferences between certain animals is really not serious and professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personnel sympathique mais conseillant mal pour l’animal adapté à votre environnement. Ayant expliqué que je vivais en appartement et que je souhaitais un animal déjà habitué au transport —> j’ai finalement adopté un chat qui s’avère avoir des tocs et de l’anxiété car il n’est pas fait pour vivre en appartement (et il déteste la voiture). Je vais donc déménager pour qu’il est un jardin car je me suis attaché à lui mais j’aurais aimé être mieux conseillé...
Friendly staff but poor advice for the animal adapted to your environment. Having explained that I lived in an apartment and that I wanted an animal already used to transport -> I finally adopted a cat which turns out to have tocs and anxiety because it is not made to live in an apartment ( and he hates the car). So I'm going to move to make it a garden because I got attached to it but I would have liked to have been better advised ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oui effectivement c'est les meilleurs que j'ai pu contacter sa été très rapide bien entouré et surtout les seules de Bruxelles qui ont accepté un chat en détresse. Merci pour Tommy, et désolé de l'erreur je pensais que c'était le refuge de anderlecht.
J'invite à tout le monde de faire des dons à cette association car ils ont castré vacciné puces le chat trouvé très rapide et surtout ils font un max pour les animaux abandonné Merci Merci Merci
Yes indeed it is the best that I could contact its was very quickly well surrounded and especially the only ones of Brussels which accepted a cat in distress. Thank you for Tommy, and sorry for the mistake I thought it was the refuge of anderlecht.
I invite everyone to donate to this association because they neutered vaccinated fleas the cat found very quickly and above all they do a lot for the abandoned animals Thank you Thank you Thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's amazing to see people committed to the well-being of the smaller and helpless. The volunteers are doing their best to take good care of the animals, and I hope that the shelter gets bigger enclosures for them. If you visit the shelter, you will obligatory find your soulmate on 4 paws :)
