★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In the beginning very helpful and friendly people that care about your well-being and try to help out whenever possible. Though my personal experience was not that great, occasionally being ignored or put on hold which required me to keep asking for help over and over. Even though I don't require to go there anymore (because I have already moved away), I still wanted to share my own experiences with it. All in all, the people there are very friendly. This may explain why they always try to do everything at once which results in a desorganised working environment...
