★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used the app to plan my route and go from Antwerp central to Nazareth. The bus was late so I walked around for the tram. Which was also late.
When I arrived in the railway station I had to try 4 terminals (and wait for one to finish) before one accepted my card. I missed my train without a decent connect to my destination. I lost today 3 hours because the app is bad, inaccurate and the payment terminals are slow and defective.
They say you should use public transportation, but only people who have 3-4 hour to spare can make use of it in a practical way.
