Na 10 jaar als Volvo dealer in Aalst, vonden we het tijd om ons gebouw aan de Eendrachtstraat grondig onder handen te laten nemen.
Op 1 oktober 2018 zijn wij gestart met zeer ingrijpende verbouwingen aan ons gebouw die zullen duren tot het voorjaar 2019.

c	crazywacky on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na lang zoeken naar een jonge 2dehands wagen eindelijk online gevonden wat we zochten, het bleek een mooie wagen die te koop stond in aalst, het was wel een anderhalf uur rijden maar de auto zag er mooi uit op de fotos en de beschrijving dus dachten we dat het de rit waard was, tot we echter na 2 uur rijden "vanwege file" ter plaatse moesten vaststellen dat de auto vol krassen stond en op de koop toe een serieuze beschadiging had aan de wielkast waarvan niets werd vermeld op het zoekertje en ook niet tijdens het telefonisch contact,nadien heb ik nogmaals telefonisch contact opgenomen met de garage en die zei dat de schade op de foto te zien is maar na nogmaals te checken is het zeer onduidelijk en amper merkbaar als je de foto ziet (zie foto) en het werd ook niet vermeld in het zoekertje en ook niet telefonisch, ik heb toen dan ook beslist dat ik na een verspillende en teleurstellende rit van 4u een review zou maken om in de toekomst mensen te behoeden van dit soort praktijken. After a long search for a young second-hand car, we finally found what we were looking for online, it turned out to be a nice car that was for sale in Aalst, it was an hour and a half drive but the car looked nice on the photos and the description so we thought that it was worth the drive, until, however, after 2 hours of driving "due to a traffic jam" we had to determine on the spot that the car was full of scratches and on top of that had serious damage to the wheel arch of which nothing was mentioned on the ad and also not during the telephone contact, afterwards I contacted the garage again by telephone and they said that the damage can be seen in the photo, but after checking again it is very unclear and barely noticeable when you see the photo (see photo) and the was also not mentioned in the ad and also not by phone, so I decided that after a wasteful and disappointing drive of 4 hours I would make a review to protect people from this kind of practice in the future.
s	sultan chigiev on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vandaag zijn we naar de D'hondt geweest Pieter-jan Herremans is en heel fijn persoon en is de beste verkoper en professionele met zijn job , maar op het website waar er foto's op staan ziet de auto er heel goed uit maar waneer ik de auto echt heb gezien waren der wel sommige krassen op ,dat moet je op het foto duidelijke laten zien .Mijn auto werd noch heel laag beoordeeld dat was nou ook niet juist. Today we went to the D'hondt Pieter-jan Herremans is a very nice person and is the best seller and professional with his job, but on the website where there are pictures the car looks very good but when I see the car I really saw there were some scratches on it, you have to clearly show that on the photo. My car was not rated very low, that was not correct either.

For receiving your new car they created a misterious and exciting 'black box'. A couple of years ago the Volvo garage in Zottegem has undergone the same charges, also with a beautiful result. Looking forward to see the face-lift of the garage in Oudenaarde! ! Well done, family D'Hondt and thank you all for the invitation and the nice experience !

I had a very friendly and informative conversation with their sales staff and they pro-actively engaged in showing me the various options for my current car & my possible new car. However in negotiations stage they turned out to be very greedy. On multiple occasions they told me they really wanted to sell me the car and that they would find the best possible deal. I visited 3 different Volvo dealers and 2 other dealers were better priced than D'Hondt. After asking them what their best offer would be they told me my current car was worth €1 (through other Volvo dealership I received a 1250 euros offer) and that they could give an additional discount through a 'Demo Car' - Official Volvo policy is 4% & D'Hondt only gave me 3%. After telling D'hondt this I was ignored and never heard anything of them again. I had really high hopes as someone referred their garage to me, but being ignored and not being given correct information is a big no go.
