Il ne manque plus qu'un site web de qualité (actuellement, ne fonctionne qu'une fois sur deux) pour afficher les horaires et autres informations. J'avais à l'époque envoyé un email mais il s'est perdu. Excepté leur site web, leur service est bon. Good reception, professional. I like to leave the car the night before and put the key in their "cylindrical safe". All that's missing is a quality website (currently only running once every two) to display schedules and other information. At the time I sent an email but he got lost. Except for their website, their service is good.

Il y a tout de même des limites à ne pas dépasser, mais Percy Genval ne semble pas se gêner. Remplacement de batterie : total 320 € TTC dont placement 52 €. C'est de l'eau au prix du champagne. Si le groupe ne fait pas un peu plus attention, l'image du réseau va en pâtir. En tout cas, j'y réfléchirai avant de changer de véhicule. Moralité : demandez un devis détaillé pour tout AVANT d'y mettre vos roues. Point positif tout de même, j'ai été directement contacté par le responsable et les choses ont été tirées au clair. Ne retenons que le dialogue ouvert qui s'en est suivi. There was Lacroix which was excellent although expensive. It is therefore resumed. There are still some limits not to be exceeded, but Percy Genval does not seem to be shy. Battery replacement: total 320 € including tax including 52 € investment. It's water for the price of champagne. If the group is not a little more careful, the image of the network will suffer. In any case, I'll think about it before changing vehicles. Morality: ask for a detailed quote for everything BEFORE you put your wheels on. Positive point all the same, I was directly contacted by the manager and things were clarified. Je prends par ailleurs spécifiquement congé pour pouvoir y aller (!!!!!). La secrétaire me confirmera plus tard alors un rendez-vous pour le ... 18/05. A croire que dans son monde les dates n'ont pas d'importance. A croire que les clients peuvent se libérer quand bon leur semble. Aucune solution proposée mise à part que je devrai reprendre un jour de congé pour y retourner. Nous n'avons probablement pas la même notion du travail. I strongly advise against ... J'ai pris rendez-vous pour un entretien, laissé mon véhicule deux jours. Je repars avec mon véhicule ainsi qu'un nouveau rendez-vous pour un entretien qu'ils ont oublié de faire. I strongly advise against making an appointment on the site which does not work at all. I made an appointment for an interview, left my vehicle for two days. I leave with my vehicle and a new appointment for an interview they forgot to do.

Première expérience concluante donc ! Dealer listening to its customers with a reasonable appointment time, unlike the largest garages which take you after 2 months when you have a problem. First conclusive experience therefore!

Une mention spéciale au chef d'atelier qui se décarcasse pour trouver la solution. Sans nul doute, pour moi, le meilleur concessionnaire VW pour l'achat , l'entretien et la réparation. My experience (maintenance and caddy repair) at Percy Genval is excellent. I found there the quality of a large group with the listening and support of a family garage. A welcoming and professional team. A special mention to the foreman who is struggling to find the solution. Without a doubt, for me, the best VW dealer for purchase, maintenance and repair.
