 Really incompetent even very poor. I have been waiting for my suitcase for 72 hours while it is at their place. Zero stars. I don't understand how the airlines can trust you

De koerier tekent zelf af, om dan nog 4 dagen met het pakket rond te rijden. Melding doen bij de politie was de enige optie!
If a package is sent from abroad next time, then hopefully never again via VXL !!!
The courier signs the contract himself, and then drives the package around for another 4 days. Reporting to the police was the only option!
