 Whole pieces of beef tendon and brisket are great, perfect for marinating or stewing. This is by far the best price and quality that can be found in the Ghent area. Fresh ribs and pork belly are also good and cheap. Sometimes there is also seasonal seafood. The boss is very nice and will leave the door to shop for people who get off work late.
