Vissende Arend (Fishing Eagle) is een absoluut prachtig stukje straatkunst langs de belangrijkste winkelstraat Meir.
Een prachtig beeldhouwwerk toont een schitterende adelaar die zich in de waterpartij stort, het is een goed gedetailleerd en geanimeerd beeldhouwwerk dat zorgt voor een aantal geweldige fotografische kansen nabij de populaire toeristische bestemming Rubenshuis en zorgt ervoor dat Vissende Arend veel aandacht krijgt.
Makkelijk te vinden, loop langs de Meir in de straat Wapper waar je deze verbazingwekkende sculptuur met fontein zult vinden.
 The eagle has been fishing on the Wapper since May 1980.
Fishing Eagle (Fishing Eagle) is an absolutely beautiful piece of street art along the main shopping street Meir.
A beautiful sculpture depicting a brilliant eagle plunging into the water feature, it is a well detailed and animated sculpture that makes for some great photographic opportunities near the popular tourist destination of Rubenshuis and ensures that Fishing Eagle gets a lot of attention.
Easy to find, walk along the Meir in St Wapper where you will find this amazing sculpture with fountain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A small water monument at the biggest shoppingstreet in Antwerp. More special during the summer then during the winter. In the summer you can find children playing in the water.
Also a good meeting point for people. Or if you are tired of doing shopping, you can sit here.
Also a good spot to find street artists. A place with multible functions if you ask me.
Not worth a special visit.
