Ze antwoorden wel liefst via mail op een vraag, maar ik begrijp dat. Telefonisch kan je moeilijk technische vragen beantwoorden en onthouden. Een top bedrijf om mee samen te werken ! I am very satisfied with the service of Vinco. My EPB and stability file is being followed up very well and all my questions are answered quickly. They prefer to answer a question via email, but I understand that. It is difficult to answer and remember technical questions by phone. A top company to work with!

Ze waren steeds bereikbaar voor advies of suggesties met een goede opvolging en correcte afhandeling van het dossier. Ook de stabiliteitsberekening en de veiligheidscoördinatie waren steeds in orde en uitgebreid gedocumenteerd. Kortom, zeker een aanrader van begin tot eind. Wij zijn zeer tevreden van de samenwerking. With the help of Vinco we were able to achieve a nice EPB score on our new construction and even improved our initial objective. They were always available for advice or suggestions with proper follow-up and correct handling of the file. The stability calculation and the safety coordination were also always in order and well documented. In short, definitely recommended from start to finish. We are very satisfied with the cooperation.

Nicolas V.I. heeft dit op zeer korte tijd allemaal voor mij geregeld en in orde gebracht. Alles verliep perfect volgens de planning/timing. Tevens werd ik ook steeds goed op de hoogte gehouden. Vinco Engineering kan ik 100% aanraden! I was missing an electrical inspection + PID for the sale of my apartment. Nicolas V.I. arranged and put all this in order for me in a very short time. Everything went perfectly according to the planning / timing. I was also kept well informed. I can recommend Vinco Engineering 100%!
D	Dries Vanhalen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We werkten samen met Vinco uit Haaltert van bij het opmaken van de plannen voor onze nieuwbouwwoning. Zij zouden instaan voor de opmaak van de EPB. We hadden een heel goed gevoel vooraf, maar kwamen heel bedrogen uit. Blijkbaar zijn kleine projecten zoals het onze echt niet prioritair voor hen, want we dienden telkens maanden te wachten op een reactie. Daardoor ging ons dossier maar niet vooruit. Telefonisch kregen we onze dossierbeheerder nooit te pakken, we werden telkens door Nicolas Van Isterdael afgescheept (dat dit hun manier van werken was en we nu eenmaal een contract getekend hadden). Nooit meer! We worked together with Vinco from Haaltert on drawing up the plans for our new-build home. They would be responsible for the preparation of the EPB. We had a very good feeling beforehand, but were very disappointed. Apparently small projects like ours are really not a priority for them, because we had to wait months for a response. As a result, our file did not progress. We never got hold of our file manager by telephone, we were always put off by Nicolas Van Isterdael (that this was their way of working and we had just signed a contract). Never again!

Ons project is nog lopende maar tot op heden zijn we tevreden over de dienstverlening die reeds gebeurde. In het voornaam dan voor stabiliteit, er wordt meegedacht in de geest van het project en de respons bij vragen is duidelijk en vrij vlot.
