I want to say, that I waited for him all afternoon. This gentleman never bothered to cancel, and after several reminders told me he couldn't come. In short, it made me waste time, so not very reliable

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have to say, I'm fairly cynical about the level of service one receives in Belgium; it ain't great. It was so nice to have a conscientious, efficient, generous, and professional plumber. I normally do my own work around the house as I haven't found people who take pride in their work. I'd happily call Thierry again, he takes pride in his work, and is a very skilled tradesman. Highly recommended.
