G	Gerwin Heijnen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na een gebroken nacht in een slecht bed ben ik in de camper gaan slapen. We zijn na 2 nachten weer vertrokken. De bedden zijn doorgezakt en vies, het huisje is aan renovatie toe en dat zie je aan alles. Schimmel, veel dingen kapot, tegels afgebroken waardoor mijn hond een snee in zijn poot heeft, de helft van de verlichting op het park werkt niet.... Ik kan wel een a4tje vol schrijven wat er niet goed was. De pluspunten: mooie omgeving, na een kutnacht wakker worden met geluiden uit de natuur, ruime tuin voor de hondjes. Ze gingen goed om met onze klachten, we kregen een ander huisje aangeboden, die was nog erger. We hebben ons geld terug gekregen. After a broken night in a bad bed, I went to sleep in the camper. We left again after 2 nights. The beds have sagged and dirty, the house needs renovation and you can see it in everything. Mold, many things broken, tiles broken so my dog has a cut in his paw, half of the lights in the park don't work .... I can write a4 full of what wasn't good. The plus points: beautiful surroundings, waking up after a night with sounds from nature, spacious garden for the dogs. They dealt well with our complaints, we were offered another house, which was even worse. We have received our money back.

A	Alexandra Țuțuianu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very dirty. I paid for the warranty one month ago and it was supposed to get the money back after electricity and water costs, but no news ever since... It is a pitty, because the location is very nice.

Not only was everything dirty and did it rain into yhe apartment during a storm leaving us with an inch of water over the whole floor, they also didn't pay back the full deposit and never responded to a request for explanation. Worst was when our daughter was bitten by a tick and needed to go to a doctor as it couldn't be removed, they weten't able to provode us with any i formation about any doctors or first aid places nearby. Since there is absolutely no internet signal there, no wifi nor mobile, we had to drive for 15 minutes to reach a signal and then google and drive hours more to finally have a doctor remove the tick. Doc refused to prescibe preventative antibiotics, so we ended up with a kid with Lyme disease who needed a full month of antibiotics instead of just 1 immediate big dose. All in all it is a complex and area to avoid at all cost. Horrible horrible horrible!!!
M	Mira Ma on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful nature, very cozy playground for kids in the middle of the wonderful forest. That's it for the positive things. Old, dirty and stinking rooms. The staffs told me that in October 2019 everything will be destroyed and the local administration will build new cottages. I hope it'll be much better.
A	Alexandra Waters on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked 5 nights at one of the upgraded bungalows in September 2019. What a disgrace, it was shocking. Dirty dishes, uncomfortable bed, no duvet cover, old blood stains on duvet, faded curtains not hanging correctly. The dirt and fluff at the side of the bedroom cupboard had obviously never been cleaned in months. The bathroom full of black fungus which is really bad for your health and also easy to clean. I have photos of it all to prove it. Definitely no signs of a recent upgrade, when we informed at reception the last upgrade was 15 years ago. We checked out after the first night. Hopefully we receive a decent refund.
