β β β β β Service 0!! We boekten hier voor dit weekend een verblijf, tot we plots een telefoon kregen van het hotel. We waren onze kamers kwijt doordat er tegelijkertijd iemand anders een boeking wijzigde. De receptionist verzekerde ons dat hij eens ging rondbellen in de buurt om te zien of er nog ergens kamers vrij waren. De dag nadien krijgen we een bericht via booking.com met volgende tekst "ik heb rondgebeld, er zijn kamers vrij in de buurt". Niet eens een naam van een hotel niks, zelfs geen telefoontje om dit nieuws te brengen .... om dan nog maar te zwijgen van de woorden die volgden "ja iedereen wil bij ons verblijven, met onze 9/10"! Enorm teleurgesteld!
 Service 0!! We booked a stay here for this weekend, until we suddenly got a phone call from the hotel. We lost our rooms due to someone else changing a booking at the same time. The receptionist assured us that he would call around to see if there were any rooms available. The next day we receive a message via booking.com with the following text "I called around, there are rooms available in the area". Not even a hotel name nothing, not even a phone call to bring this news....not to mention the words that followed "yes everyone wants to stay with us, with our 9/10"! Hugely disappointed!

β β β β β We made an honest mistake by booking for the wrong date, but this hotel was completely unwilling to show us any mercy. We contacted them on the phone to reach a solution, but they treated us without dignity and just laughed at our mistake. It's just unbelievable that they showed such lack of customer care or respect. I would not recommend anyone staying here!

β β β β β Suite room, very cosy. A bit small for suites visited before. But the breakfast makes up for everything. Expect family welcoming when you arrive. This is one place that you will visit every year. You will feel yourself welcome and really enjoyable. This is not the most modern suite but for one night it's alright!! A most recommended from me.
