★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every time I visit Ghent I have dinner at Villa Bardon. The owners, Anna and Maarteen are wonderful hosts. He cooks everything fresh everyday day from bread, dips, sauces, fish, pasta, meat, he does it all himself. The place has a soul and is owned by two passionate individuals who want to share their love for food cooked respectfully and tastefully. A real gem in Ghent. Laurence
