★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wegens interesse in een huis deze makelaar een week lang proberen bereiken via email en gsm (voicemail) maar tot op heden geen enkele reactie gekregen.
Ondertussen hoor ik via via dat het huis is verkocht en dat hij andere kandidaat kopers die nog een afspraak hadden vergeet af te zeggen.
Wat mij betreft dus bijzonder onprofessioneel, spijtig...

Vervolgens bel ik 2 dagen later terug omdat ik niets meer had gehoord. "Ah ja ik was u vergeten terug te bellen, maar het inmiddels verkocht". Schrijnende service en communicatie.
Called to view a house that was not yet officially for sale through the website. I had to send an email to make an appointment. Then I call back 2 days later because I had not heard anything more. "Ah yes I forgot to call you back, but it has since been sold". Distressing service and communication.
