Tout était clair depuis le début comme annoncé lors de la visite du bien. Pas de surprise et suivi jusqu'a la signature des acts chez le notaire. Je recommande. I acquired a property through this agency and I am very satisfied with the service, listening and advice. Everything was clear from the start as announced during the visit to the property. No surprises and follow-up until the signing of the deeds at the notary. I recommend.
M	Milena Wiszniewiecka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nous avons fait une offre pour la maison en vente par lettre recommandée comme demandé par l'agent, nous avons jamais reçu des nouvelles de sa part alors que l'offre a été supérieure au prix demandé (peut-être parce que nous ne parlons pas le nld) ,très dommage pour le vendeur. L'attitude pas professionnel du tout, si vous voulez mettre votre bien en vente, n'allez surtout pas dans cette agence, il y en a beaucoup d'autres avec des services professionnels comme il faut. Inacceptable de demander aux potentiels acheteurs de faire une offre par lettre recommandée, ne jamais donner des nouvelles et dire que la lettre recommandée se sûrement perdue quand nous trouvons sur le site internet que la maison en question est en option... Si vous souhaitez un service professionnel c'est malheureusement pas là.... We made an offer for the house for sale by registered letter as requested by the agent, we never heard from him when the offer was above the asking price (maybe because we are not talking the nld), very unfortunate for the seller. The attitude not professional at all, if you want to put your property up for sale, do not go to this agency, there are many others with professional services as it should be. Unacceptable to ask potential buyers to make an offer by registered letter, never give any news and say that the registered letter is surely lost when we find on the website that the house in question is optional ... If you want professional service it's unfortunately not there ....
