This is a very professional veterinary practice. I have brought 4 of my animals there and they have my trust. The reason I give them 4 stars is that I find them quite expensive!

They handle the animals very brutely, and lack any empathy, stear away from them. Get your beloved pet treated better elsewhere

They charge A LOT. I had to pay more than 600€ for 4 days they kept my dog there and when l read in details how much they charged in small details l couldn't get it. There was no operation. My dog stayed there cause she refused to eat and they suspected kidney failure after the first blood test. I was told that in the price my dog's blood and urine sample tests were included, something mentioned when l reacted surprised by hearing the total price l had to pay. Today l received 3 invoices from the laboratory to pay extra 120€ for those tests. On a phone call with the receptionist l was told that the tests are not included. When l asked the vet before l had paid the bill, the tests were mentioned in the costs like l said above. Overall l find them very expensive like some have already mentioned, because they find tricks to charge you more. In my invoice they have even mentioned "consult 2e Lijns" 50€, I do remember the vet saying she would "consult her colleagues" to find what caused the problem, but 50€? I was not prepared and the vet just announced the total the last day my dog was kept there. My dog died. I won't go into details since these things happen but you need to prepare the owners of the pets who come there about the costs. On my first attempt to ask about the total cost, on the first day there, the vet avoided answering by redirecting the conversation to what they were supposed to do in order to take care of my dog. I don't know if the vet didn't hear me or intentionally avoided the question. You can't be a vet, mentioning the 3 blood tests that you needed to do in order to justify the high cost and then adding other extras when l receive the invoice. My dog's staying there was 200€ for 4 days. 75€ the echo scan. The rest? This invoice made me furious.

Great veterinarians always smiling. I've been there multiple times. They constantly listen to our concerns and give great advice!

After waiting forever and nobody telling us why, we were then finally told our cat needed an expensive operation (that she might not have survived at her age). Turns out our cat has IBS and we are v. happy that we went elsewhere for a second opinion. Our new vet is friendly and charges 5 times less.
