Elle est la seule qui s'est montrée disponible pour accueillir à 2h00 du matin mon chien en détresse alors que les autres vétérinaires n'ont pas répondu et ce, malgré qu'ils prétendent être dispo 24/24 7j/7. Elle a prit le temps de poser un diagnostic et a soulagée mon chien de sa douleur. Malgré l'heure tardive, elle n'a pas bâclée sa consultation et a fait les tests nécessaires. D'ailleurs, elle l'a gardée auprès d'elle pour la nuit. Je la trouve très professionnelle et c'est bien la seule qui a prit en compte l'historique de santé de mon chien avant de se précipiter dans un diagnostic. Grâce à elle, ce moment de stress pour nous a été atténué par toute la douceur dont elle a fait preuve envers lui. Le bien-être de l'animal passe définitivement en premier plan avec le Dr Bowland et pour cela, je la recommande sans hésitation. Excellent veterinarian. She is the only one who has been available to welcome my dog in distress at 2:00 am while the other veterinarians have not answered, despite claiming to be available 24/7. She took the time to make a diagnosis and relieved my dog of his pain. Despite the late hour, she did not slap her consultation and did the necessary tests. Besides, she kept it with her for the night. I find it very professional and it is the only one that took into account the history of health of my dog before rushing into a diagnosis. Thanks to her, this moment of stress for us was softened by all the sweetness she showed towards him. The welfare of the animal is definitely in the forefront with Dr. Bowland and for that I recommend it without hesitation.

Un autre point super important est qu'elle est véritablement disponible pour ses patients. Je suis ravie et mes animaux aussi.
