★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The restaurant was a bit small and cramped. Was seated right in front of the kitchen where the chefs were cooking. The staff was kind of friendly. We chose to have their set of 5 courses paired with different well chosen wines. Serving sizes were small but as we knew first hand what were going to have, it was absolutely fine. Wine selection was great. Food tasted great and perfectly mixed with their wines. The only downside maybe is when you dressed up for a special occasion and eat there and you end up absorbing the smell coming from the kitchen. Price was higher than the normal pricevof restos in Brussels but with how they prepared the food while you're watching, it was great. Be warned, you must be prepared to spend a bit more than the usual budget you have. Overall experience was GREAT sauf tge smell after eating inside.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stumbled across this resraurant when looking for a special place in Brussels. Service on point (also in Dutch, which is greatly appreciated), tasty menu with even more exquisite wines. Yes, price level is up there, but well worth it for this experience.

I was a bit disappointed by the starters (too much of one flavor) but the cabbage and butternut main dish was divine.
The chef is very talented and easy-going.
To improve: a better wine recommendation (the main waiter is not a sommelier) and a more warm, friendly, service would be appreciated.
