★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zeer vriendelijke dame die mij met veel plezier wegwijs maakte omdat ik op zoek was naar babywol en deze uitverkocht was. Ik vroeg welke wol eventueel nog zou kunnen dienen en ze wees mij de verscheidene kleuren van een bepaalde soort wol, die ook zacht is en in de wasmachine gewassen kan worden. Ik kocht voor alle zekerheid drie bollen, maar indien teveel mag ik de ongebruikte bol terugbrengen en ontvang daarvoor een tegoedbon. Zeer tevreden ben ik de winkel buiten gegaan.
Very friendly lady who was happy to show me around because I was looking for baby wool and it was sold out. I asked what wool could possibly be used and she showed me the various colors of a certain type of wool, which is also soft and can be washed in the washing machine. I bought three balls to be safe, but if too many I can return the unused ball and receive a voucher for this. I left the store very satisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The peopek in the store very unfriwndly. Maybe because i am a foreigner and i disnt know the exact words in dutch. I did my best effort to describe what i needed in Dutch, even asked my 5 year old to help me and the woman when she saw me struggling didn't want to help. Very disappointing I left without buying anything. Client: lost.
