★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bij het begin hebben ze gezegd als er een nieuwe versie of product uitkomt dat ik kosteloos kan veranderen naar de nieuwe versie. Vandaag heb ik te horen krijgen dat dat niet klopt!
Ook de service trekt op niks
At the beginning they said if a new version or product comes out that I can change to the new version free of charge. Today I've been told that's not true!
The service also sucks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slechte service! Alles aansmeren in het begin zwaar abonnement met alles op en aan , terwijl we enkel camera toezicht wensten! Deze werken meer als helft van de tijd niet! Maar betalen moet je wel! Altijd weken wachten voor iets gemaakt word en terug werkt al gehad maanden zelfs. En je hangt 2jaar vast aan hen! Ondanks slechte service van hen! Mails worden niet behandeld en telefonisch word en kan er zogezegd niets in orde gemaakt worden naar de klant toe in verband met compensaties omdat hun camera’s meer als de tijd niet werken! Super Ontevreden van hun camera’s en vooral klantendienst ! Enkel maar betalen ja!
Bad service! Everything in the beginning heavy subscription with everything on and on, while we only wanted camera surveillance! These don't work more than half the time! But you do have to pay! Always waiting for weeks for something to be made and it has been working for months even. And you hang on to them for 2 years! Despite bad service from them! Mails are not handled and by telephone nothing can be arranged to the customer in connection with compensation because their cameras do not work more than time! Super dissatisfied with their cameras and especially customer service! Just pay yes!
