Personne aimable et très accueillante contrairement à d'autres boutiques Venizi. Je conseille vivement ce magasin pour son assortiment et surtout pour l'accueil. I went to the store to shorten a watch strap received as a gift and the lady went to great lengths to meet my request. Friendly person and very welcoming unlike other Venizi shops. I highly recommend this store for its assortment and especially for the welcome.

Et pour la seule fois que j'ai demandé un geste, la vendeur et sa responsable ont tout fait pour refuser soit disant gentiment. Produits de mauvaise qualité à éviter. La vendeuse a tout fait pour me faire partir : je n'ai pas de solution, c'est long, ça va prendre beaucoup de temps, je ne suis pas sûr qu'ils vont trouver , c'est compliqué.... Je trouve bizarre que vous ne connaissez pas vos produits et que vous avez besoin d'autant de temps pour édentifier un de vos articles ? J'ai payé par Boncontact et ce n'est pas la première fois que ça arrive avec vos boucles d'oreilles ???? I do not recommend ??? Every time I buy earrings it's a hassle. It doesn't close or it closes badly. And for the only time that I asked for a gesture, the seller and her manager did everything to refuse, supposedly kindly. Poor quality products to avoid. The saleswoman did everything to make me leave: I have no solution, it's long, it's going to take a lot of time, I'm not sure they'll find it, it's complicated.... I find it weird that you don't know your products and that you need so much time to identify one of your articles ? I paid by Boncontact and it's not the first time it's happened with your earrings ????

The shop assistant was rude and just plain unpleasant and impatient to both of us (I spoke to her in French but she could not deal with my errors). A really high number of the earrings on display were not available (our first three preferred choices to start with) and even after we realised this she did not remove them from the display. They do not sell the disinfectant spray to be used on the ears after the procedure. I had to sign a consent form of some sort, I guess about taking full responsibility in case of infection, but the assistant lady had no patience or time to let me understand what the document was about. Will never return.
