β β β β β Useless!? I pushed myself to go to this place even though I had to study for exams, and they were useless. My brake cable kept slipping out and I might've had another brake issue in which the bike kept squeaking every time I braked, but they told me that they could not help me and referred me to the Velo in Heverlee.

β β β β β I hate to give a low score when the staff is friendly, but the service is really sloppy. I took my bicycle to this shop because the chain kept falling off. They said that they will try but they are not 100% sure that they can fix it. OK, fair enough. However, when I collected the bike, I step on the pedal in front of the shop (to drive away), and the rear axel pops out!! I take the bike back to them; they apologize and fix it. On my way back home, the chain falls off. The morning after, I get on the bike to drive to work, and the rear axel pops out again!! So if tou need a light, bell or tyre replacement, the guys can do it (and to say it again, they are pretty friendly) but for anything related to braking or driving - I would look for another service...
