★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Er wordt veel beloofd maar niets uitgevoerd. Als kleinere klant word je telkens opnieuw aan de kant geschoven. De beloofde startdatum wordt telkens opnieuw uitgesteld. Wanneer je om uitleg vraagt, weigert de aannemer de werken nog uit te voeren en is hij niet meer te contacteren.
 Much is promised but nothing is delivered. As a smaller customer, you are pushed to the side again and again. The promised start date is postponed again and again. When you ask for an explanation, the contractor refuses to carry out the work and can no longer be contacted.
