★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De Rick is onbetrouwbaar, komt zijn beloftes zeker niet na, beantwoordt noch mails noch telefoons, zeker en vast niet aan te raden !!!!!!
Mr De Rick, mag ik er U even nog op wijzen dat ik NOOIT heb ontkent van de kelder maar U hebt er ook nooit iets van gevraagd. U hebt duidelijk gezegd bij de notaris (die kan getuigen) ik heb een FOUT gemaakt (slechte compromis opgesteld) en U heeft duidelijk beloofd om het verminderd bedrag mij terug te bezorgen op welke wijze ook, dus ik vraag gewoon om het resterende bedrag op de rekening te storten. Dit alles duurt nu bijna 2 jaar en dan gaat U nog de vinger naar mij wijzen, prachtige praktijken doe jij, totaal onbetrouwbaar.
The Rick is unreliable, certainly does not keep his promises, does not answer emails or phones, certainly not recommended !!!!!!
Mr De Rick, may I just point out that I have NEVER denied the cellar, but you have never asked for it either. You clearly said to the notary (who can testify) I made a MISTAKE (drafted a bad compromise) and you clearly promised to return the reduced amount to me by whatever means so I just ask for the remaining amount on the account. All this has taken almost 2 years now and then you are still going to point the finger at me, you do wonderful practices, totally unreliable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We hadden een afspraak om een pand te bezichtigen, we hebben een half uur gereden tot aan het pand. Wanneer we ter plaatsen belden naar het immokantoor, bleek het reeds verkocht te zijn. We stonden met 2 kandidaten voor een gesloten deur en werden geen van beiden verwittigd. Heel onprofessioneel en slechte communicatie!
We had an appointment to view a property, we drove half an hour to the property. When we called the real estate agency on site, it turned out that it had already been sold. We were standing in front of a closed door with 2 candidates and neither of us were notified. Very unprofessional and poor communication!
