When he received it back, he accused me of having drunk 10 cl out of the bottle before sending it back. He refunded me the bottle (not the delivery cost for the return though). I can't help but think what would have happened if I didn't check thoroughly the bottle when I received it... Anyway, very unpleasant adventure, I would recommend everybody to check their bottle when they arrive!
