★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice shop. Pity the employees are not very nice/helpful. I was looking forward to hearing their recommendations on the espresso coffee machines, but they gave me no explanations whatsoever... They seemed a bit rude & in a rush. In conclusion, I ended up going to another shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Large choice of home appliances, usually at fairly good prices. It is advisable to compare the prices with the nearby competitor (Krefel) to get the best deal.
After-sale service is questionable, especially when subscribing a paying warranty extension, so be careful before signing for that option!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I generally have a good feedback of their stores and service with competitive prices (at least for Belgium). Easy access and parking outside of end of office hours. This time I went though, the person I had when I wanted to ask a question wasn't helpful and I actually had to go search online before figuring out if a product was right for me or not. Kind of beats the purpose of going to the shop....
