โ โ โ โ โ een liter olie bijvullen kost 1h30min van je tijd , had nochtans vooraf gebeld met de vraag of een afspraak nodig was.... andere service gewoon van CAC.
 topping up a liter of oil costs 1h30min of your time, however, had called in advance to ask if an appointment was necessary .... other service just from CAC.

โ โ โ โ โ Receptie ontvangst is puik, maar de persoon die carrosserie herstellingen behandeld dient dringend eens een cursus klantvriendelijkheid te volgen. Het telefonisch bedreigen en intimideren van klanten is steeds onacceptabel. Kortom eenmaal maar nooit meer zal er een van mijn wagens deze dealer nog aandoen.
Alleen na een klacht bij de regiomanager komt er enige vorm van reactie, maar ยดtoo little, too lateยด
Reception reception is excellent, but the person who handles bodywork repairs urgently needs to follow a customer-friendliness course. Threatening and intimidating customers by telephone is always unacceptable. In short, once, but never again, one of my cars will visit this dealer again.
Only after a complaint to the regional manager is there any kind of response, but 'too little, too late'

โ โ โ โ โ Sinds de overname door Van Mossel is de service achterlijk te noemen. After-sales is een mop. Leugens en tijd trekken om maar geen garantie te moeten geven op NIEUW voertuig.
Since the takeover by Van Mossel, the service has been retarded. After sales is a joke. Pulling lies and time to not have to give a warranty on NEW vehicle.

โ โ โ โ โ It's the third time I went with my car here.
The first experience was bad and with very high expectactions. Anyhow, I want to point out what happened the last time:
1. The most important aspect was that besides the oil changes and other temporary service, I mentioned for the second time that I notice a strange noise in the engine (I assume is turbo). The mechanic didn't care at all about my concern and did not investigate further (maybe because the original warrant รฎs expiring very soon).
2. The waiting time again: they informed will be ready at 12:00 and I waited till 16:00.
3. People's attitudes: very unfamiliar for this brand, but people seem to not care about customer service and how the customers feel about things (even If the payments are huge).
I felt disconsidered and for me was the last time here.
