★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wij zijn heel tevreden over hun service die wij mochten ontvangen voor onze defecte boiler! Wat een ander bedrijf 3 uren koste en ons nog niet wist te vertellen wat het probleem was, duurde het bij van Marcke nog geen 30 minuten. Wij hadden geluk met deze technieker
 We are very satisfied with the service we received for our defective boiler! What took another company 3 hours and did not yet tell us what the problem was, it took less than 30 minutes at van Marcke. We were lucky with this technician

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Goede begeleiding + uitleg gehad van Celien in de winkel. Het is aan te raden om hier een afspraak te maken als je details wil over bepaalde producten, sinds alle verkopers vrij druk bezet zijn.
Good guidance + explanation from Celien in the store. It is advisable to make an appointment here if you want details about certain products, since all sellers are busy.

Very well helped by Matthias in a fast and accurate way. Each time I was presented with a choice that would be better value for money and always cheaper in the end. It was thought about. Top service, highly recommended.

Very disappointed with our visit this morning. Short question for information about a bathroom cabinet to available seller, was surly turned away because we had to make an appointment first....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't go to the warehouse around the back, you are not allowed to enter unless for business to business services. If you go as D.I.Y person, you must be lucky to have an employee that wants to help you. If you are lucky it will be fine. Otherwise make sure to know exactly what you need so they can fetch it by its SKU code as taken from their own website.
On the other hand the sales and showroom in the front store. There people will help you gladly to draw up your new bathroom or whatever if you have an appointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The showrooms were nicely displayed even though some of the things are displayed separately instead of displayed together.
The price tags are not always on display tag so you need to ask for assistance.
Time in covid, i definitely think they have done well on Covid proof (you need to make an appointment).
There staff who assisted me was not that enthousiast at first (no self introduction). But we were able to break the ice by asking questions on the trends. It was very nice of her to be honest about her friend's experience about one of the tending staff which we asked (about the cons).
