Remise de la réception provisoire avec des défauts absolument partout, humidité +++, des problèmes de ventilations et d'odeurs, les communs très mal réalisés, ... Et absence de réponse de l'entreprise (ou réponse agressive) lorsque l'on vient se plaindre. 0/10 ! Nous n'aurions pas du leur faire confiance. N'acheter jamais un appartement construit par Van Laere !
We bought an off-plan apartment that Van Laere was managing the construction of. If you had known, we would have gone our way! Delivery of the provisional acceptance with defects absolutely everywhere, humidity +++, ventilation and odor problems, the common areas very poorly made, ... And no response from the company (or aggressive response) when the we come to complain. 0/10! We shouldn't have trusted them. Never buy an apartment built by Van Laere!
