★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to stay when working at the Spa circuit - just 20 minutes away. Hotel has nice restaurant with good food and lively atmosphere. Rooms are big and super-clean, staff are always helpful

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Big, spacious hotel, good services but it's the only hotel in the area and it gets busy.
Lack of covid distancing, guests 'forgetting' facemasks and a staff that is tired.
Thursday night has live music untill midnight so ask for a room in the front.
I used to really like coming here (there breakfast buffet is great) but I'm going to avoid coming here as long as there's a pandemic out there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely expensive for very poor quality food. The french fries where not belgian quality and the spare ribs tasted really bad. i didn't even finish them. On the other hand the staff was nice and the food looked great. if only it tasted as good as it looked :/

Everything was just very bad.
Spareribs needed a knife to cut and tasted like they were microwaved. Fries were very stale. The Pho was undercooked meat with some noodles without a broth.
Even though the manager was nice enough to give discount and polite apologies, it didn't help against the puking and possible food poisoning later.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice Hotel, high ceiling rooms and a good breakfast.
Unfortunately we were disappointed with the staff at the restaurant. It took a fair while to get your order taken for both drinks and food because the staff taking the orders we're either talking to each other or to local guests they wanted to have a good time.

The staff were so helpful and accomdating - nothing was too much trouble.
Great facilities and bar - very good prices.
All staff exceptional in service.

I just stayed there for one night, got an upgrade to a suite wit bathtub.
The bed was huge and very comfortable.
The Staff in the restaurant is professional.
Food is very delicious. For an English menu, you have to ask.
I will remember that hotel for the next time.
