β β β β β Reageert op geen enkele mail. Dreigingen van advocaten legt men naast zich neer. Probeert alles onderling te 'regelen'. Plaatst "centrale verwarming" en rekent "onderhoud centrale verwarming" aan voor electrische vaccumulatieverwarming zonder werkend centraal bedieningselemt.
Does not respond to any mail. Threats from lawyers are ignored. Trying to 'arrange' everything among themselves. Places "central heating" and charges "maintenance central heating" for electric vacuum heating without working central control element.
