★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I normally don’t make bad reviews because it can really affect any business or person.
But this time I do not have another option. We call this morning super enthusiastic since we want to start a new project and we need a “profesional and reliable architect” …. The second the lady picked up the phone, she was not only aggressive but rude. She said those projects are silly, that she won’t bother to listen and that anyway they are to busy to “bother”
Or “care”with those type of project .. and that they won’t even bother listening to us.
First of all, this is a project of + 1.5 million?! And even if would be a small project … people need to be respectful.
They do have all the right to say no thank you. We don’t do those projects …. But call it silly before even listening ?!
And the hanging up was the drop.
We have worked with so many people… young and old… experience or not. A good reliable architect is soooo important.
My recommendation: do not work with them!
When you are ready to invest your money, regardless of the amount, you need a professional, enthusiastic to work …. Not someone who feels above.
Very sad.
