Ook als er iets niet volgens de afspraak verlopen is wordt dit onmiddellijk en op een klantvriendelijke manier opgelost. Bedankt Jan voor deze goede service na verkoop. Bought my used car a few weeks ago, very pleasant salespeople who are knowledgeable and not pushy. Even if something did not go according to the agreement, it is resolved immediately and in a customer-friendly manner. Thank you Jan for this good after-sales service.

Zeer behulpzaam en het personeel nam meer dan voldoende tijd om te helpen en wegwijs te maken bij het 'nieuwe' voertuig. Daarom hebben we onlangs besloten om de zeer mooie (rode) RAV4 Hybride te kopen. Nico heeft ons hierbij een mooie deal aangeboden. Nico heeft zijn eigen humor en we hebben daardoor een goede klik ;-). Je krijgt altijd een vriendelijk onthaal waardoor we ons er steeds op ons gemak voelen. Jan is de ideale zaakvoerder, is zeer professioneel en klantgericht en daardoor geven we voor de totale service aan garage Valck onze 5 sterren! Van Roos en Rudi. We have been a customer at Toyota garage Valck in Hasselt for almost 20 years and we are still very satisfied. That is why we recently decided to buy the very nice (red) RAV4 Hybrid. Nico has offered us a nice deal. Nico has his own humor and we have a good click ;-). You always receive a friendly welcome, so that we always feel at ease. Mooie prijs gekregen voor mijn 14 jaar oude toyota auris. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Belden weken na aankoop of ik tevreden was, of er nog vragen waren, en zo ja, altijd welkom bij hun. Ik zal altijd bij TOYOTA blijven. More than super satisfied! Bought Toyota Yaris hybrid in 2021. Very fast, good service and guidance with everything. Got a great price for my 14 year old Toyota Auris. Very friendly staff. Called weeks after purchase if I was satisfied, if there were any questions, and if so, always welcome. I will always stay with TOYOTA.

B	Burcu Avcı on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not to be trusted. My car had an airco problem in June. I brought the car in and asked for a price estimate. After a while I was handed my car and an invoice that included airco filling. Though this was done without my consent I paid the amount, thinking they found the problem and solved it. ONLY 1 week later my airco stopped working. Obviously the problem with air was misdiagnosed and the solution was incorrect and I had to pay 100 EUR extra all for nothing. When I brought the car back to the garage they told there was a hole in my compressor and it has to be replaced completely with a price estimate for 550 EUR. Naturally I asked for a refund. What I got in return was a completely disrespectful attitude with nonsense answers (they claimed the first 100 EUR filling was only for diagnosis rather than a repair. Why was I forced to pay 100 for something that wouldn't provide me a solution in the end?). As a loyal customer I was misinformed, overcharged and worst of all disrespected. All I can say is to stay away from them. Rather than admitting their mistakes and trying to be helpful in such a situation they are just asking for more money for this awful service. In short they are communicatively and technically incompetent with huge attitude problems.
