Very comfortable and quietly located holiday home in the center of Ypres. Everything is there: towels, beds made, etc...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely cottage, clean and very well equipped. Fantastic central location and very friendly owners. Will definitely be going back. One word of caution stairs are very steep and narrow in Tred so need to be careful. However we had a great time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked Cosy Corner in July 2017, for a week in August 2018. We booked early because it was going to be a very special holiday. We received a Reservation confirmation e-mail very quickly from Cosy Corner. However, when we rang up 3 days before we were due to arrive to ask for key instructions we were told we had no reservation, that the property was booked to somebody else. We sent them a copy of the reservation confirmation and all we got back was that it wasn't their fault, and they blamed a booking agency, even though the confirmation email came from them. Lucky we didn't wait until we got there or we'd have had no-where to stay. At very short notice, we booked elsewhere, unfortunately we ended up paying 3 times as much for this accommodation. Are the owners of Cosy Corner bothered? NO they are not. Terrible Customer Service. Would we recommend them? NO. We have had to give a star award, only did so to be able to post our review
