★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Enkel incasseren en als je problemen hebt laten ze u staan en moet je je plan trekken. zeer onprofessioneel. Ze bieden u niet de goede verzekeringen aan. Dus je bent verzekerd en als je iets tegen komt mag u toch nog alle kosten zelf betalen.
 Only collect and if you have problems they will let you stand and you have to make your plan. very unprofessional. They don't offer you the right insurance. So you are insured and if you come across something you can still pay all costs yourself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ -geen professionele houding: te familiair en dus enige vorm van beleefdheid was ver te zoeken
- geen service: voor haar was het evident dat ik zelf naar DIV zou gaan inschrijven
- wagen verkeerd verzekerd: er is heel duidelijk vermeld dat er aanhangwagens zouden mee getrokken worden ( ook van anderen) en mevrouw verzekerde het voertuig niet als trekkend voertuig
dit kan nog een eindje aangevuld worden.
Van deze dame zouden ze de licentie moeten afnemen.
- no professional attitude: too familiar and therefore some kind of courtesy was hard to find
- no service: it was obvious to her that I would register for DIV myself
- car incorrectly insured: it is very clearly stated that trailers would be towed (also from others) and Mrs did not insure the vehicle as a towing vehicle
this can be supplemented for a while.
They should take the license from this lady.
