Whats going on for god sake, I pay my rent and service charge and deserve to get what I’m paying for. I’m begging you to come and fix or replace the oven in my flat, Joachim (building manager) knows about this issue and yet he decided to not respond to any of the 300 emails that I sent. I’m really not happy about the way you treat your tenants. You can do better than this. Thanks for getting back to me ASAP!
