春	春野健太郎 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ とても新鮮な刺身を購入できました。今日はハマチ、スズキ、タイを選択しましたが、ちょうどよく熟成されていて大変美味しくいただきました。聞いてみるとハマチは活け締め（手振りから多分神経締め）されていて、弾力が保たれてました。マスターはとても親切かつ丁寧な仕事をされていて、プロフェッショナルです。何より嬉しいのが、魚丸ごとでなくて、刺身の状態で計量してくれるので大変お値打ちです。 Possible to buy super fresh sashimi! Best of all, it's very good value because it weighs sashimi instead of whole fish. Possible to buy super fresh sashimi! K	Koyama on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お刺身を購入しました。店主さんは、何のお刺身があるか説明してくれて、とても親切で感じが良いです。好きなものを選んで、刺身の盛り合わせにしてもらいました。この盛り合わせで16€とお値打ちでした。グラムではなく、何切れかで注文できるのがとても助かります。とても新鮮で美味しかったです。注文してからスライスするので結構時間がかかるため、お刺身の注文が重なると、少し待つことになると思います。絶対また行きます^_^ I bought sashimi. The owner explained what kind of sashimi he had, and he was very kind and pleasant. I chose what I liked and had them make a platter of sashimi. This assortment was a good value for 16 €. It is very helpful to be able to order in pieces instead of grams. It was very fresh and delicious. Since it takes a long time to slice after ordering, I think that you will have to wait for a while if sashimi orders overlap. I will definitely go again ^ _ ^

Sustainable fishing is part of their battles and they also sell local wines, mushrooms and other healthy food. Fish was fresh and delicious and price/quality excellent.

I wasn't expecting much as most sushi and sashimi restaurants in Belgium are not that good, but I was pleasantly surprised to find this shop. It may be expensive compared to the carrefour, but I think it is worth to pay and it's very very good price for sashimi. Highly recommended.
