Il me faut revenir le lendemain , alors que j'ai reçu un mail me disant que mon colis etait disponible. Pourtant cette personne n'avait pas l'air débordée. Je vais changer de point relais puisqu'ils n'ont pas le temps.
Not very professional. Parcel arrived. No customers in the store and the employee does not want to give me my package. I have to come back the next day, when I received an email telling me that my package was available. Yet this person did not seem overwhelmed. I'm going to change the relay point since they don't have time.
