Fait visiter des biens sans connaître ces derniers et ne sait donc pas répondre aux questions de base. Demande de retirer des clauses suspensives d'un compromis. Ne reconnaît même pas ses clients qui ont acheté ( après avoir signé nous voulions retourner dans notre logement estimer les travaux et avions donc pris rdv, mais une fois sur sur place Mme P. ne nous reconnaît même pas et nous dit qu'elle ne sait pas faire visiter car le bien est déjà vendu...). Enfin j'insiste une fois de plus sur le fait que de ne rien connaître sur un bien à vendre ne donne aucune crédibilité à l'agence ! De plus il serait honnête de faire visiter les sous sols inondés aux futurs potentiels acheteurs ou d'être honnête et aborder ce problème avant la vente pour éviter toute surprise . Happy with my purchase but the purchase journey was special. Mrs. P. should review the basics of her profession. Visits goods without knowing them and therefore does not know how to answer basic questions. Request to withdraw suspensive clauses from a compromise. Does not even recognize its customers who have bought (after signing we wanted to return to our accommodation to estimate the work and had therefore made an appointment, but once there Mrs. P. does not even recognize us and tells us that she does not know not show because the property is already sold ...). Finally, I insist once again on the fact that not knowing anything about a property for sale does not give the agency any credibility! In addition, it would be honest to show the flooded basements to future potential buyers or to be honest and address this problem before the sale to avoid any surprises.
