Quel plaisir cela a été de rentrer chez Unisa.

J’ai acheté une paire de chaussures car elle m’a super bien conseillé .
This Friday I passed the super pleasant and kind saleswoman I asked her name is zoe ? and told her that I was putting 5 stars for her contact.
I bought a pair of shoes because she gave me great advice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an extremely horrible experience.I bought a shoes during the sales.I tried the shoes in the right foot.it was okay,but then when I came back home and tried in the other foot.it was really tight.I went back next day to exchange one size bigger but they did not have It.I tried other shoes too.but some were too small and some too big.so I asked,if it is possible to get the refund but she said no refund during the sales.however she said i can get the credit coupon,which is valid for six months.I agreed but then one of her colleague came up and said no credit coupon too.I have to buy something the same day.I got really furious.she was kind of forcing me to buy something from the lot which i did not like.first of all,the lady forgot to give the receipt,wherein it is mentioned no refund during sales and she neither informed me that no refund while purchasing the item.finally another of her colleague came up and she gave the 6 months credit coupon and she was more mature in finding the solution.but still it was an extremely horrible experience with the other sales woman.they were really nice when I was initially purchasing the item but then when a problem arised.their way of handling the situation was so unprofessional and also rude.This was my first time in this store and also my last time.
