★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik wachtte 20 minuten op het D2-controlepunt om het materiaal te besturen, er was niemand aan dat bureau en bij die aankomst was de arbeider ook in de stemming, het was een spel.
 I waited 20 minutes at the D2 checkpoint to control the material, there was no one at that desk and on that arrival the worker was also in the mood, it was a game.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Сегодня грузился на этой фирме приехал на въезде веса всё нормально зарегистрировался пооехал шлагбаум на территории ремонт на рецепшене сказали налево указатели отсутствуют полчаса кружил по заводу искал B5 грузили правда быстро. Так что оценка за отсутствие указателей во время ремонта

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased QuickStep floors and stairs (incizo) from Unilin reseller in Poland (KOMFORT) including installation. The total volume of the order is approximately 180m2.
Despite the manufacturer's statement that "sharp edges hurting the skin when cleaning stairs, they should not appear on the upper surface of stairs steps”. Visual quality aspects – you may judge yourself.
The most surprising is Unilin technical support statement, after reviewing claim:
„ Unfortunately there is no standard stating how precise the profile should be installed.”
According to such manufacturer statement, seller avoid responsibility to fix poor quality installation since Dec 2017.
Please think twice before you decide to buy products from Unilin.
I do not recommend Unilin products, unless you would like to have stairs installed as documented in attached pictures .
